Custom-designed or personalized jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
